Apple Watch Series 7- Setting Up Was Not Fun!

If you know me, you know that I love Apple products. All of them. And usually setting up new tech is not a huge issue, but setting up my new Series 7 watch, was. However, this was all probably the result of the fact that I already have an older (series 3) watch linked to my iPhone. If this is your first Apple Watch, I think you'll be fine. And even if this is an upgrade, you may also be fine- maybe it was just me.

The thing I love about vlogging / blogging tech is that if I have a problem, it is likely that many of you guys have similar problems. If I can work through those issues here, it may help save you a significant amount of time and headache; if this is the case, I feel really happy.

Anyways, I made a YouTube, where I go through my process of setting up my new watch, and all the problems that I had. To be honest, it was quite frustrating, and took more than 2 hours to complete the process. But ultimately, all is well, and I've been enjoying my new watch ever since. I actually totally prefer an Apple Watch to the much more expensive, premium watches, but that's just me. Because I love tech. Obviously, smart watches don't have the same resale value as a Rolex, but I knew that going in.

I think some of the new watch features are a little gimmicky, like the ECG and pulse oximetry (blood oxygen). But the functioning and looks of the watch is amazing, true to any Apple product, and I'm glad I got a new watch (especially the fact that it was free- check out the reason why on my video).

As usual, stay safe! See you next time,

D
