This is not the newest Canon mirrorless body- it's the first full-frame body this company has released (the EOS RP is the newer model). I have researched both of these cameras to determine which is right for me. After a lot of consideration (I tend to do that), I made the decision that the R is worth the extra $1000 compared to the RP for the following reasons:
Longer battery life
Better 4K video (although still heavily cropped)
Better sensor (similar to the 5D4)

I am sure there will be a few bumps on this journey, and there will be stuff that I'm not entirely happy with, and I will be sure to put that in a future video.
I hope you enjoy this video, and remember, the perfect camera is the one that is right for you. Don't rely too heavily on the specs, but figure out for yourself what you want to have for your camera.
