I've always wanted to try Tamagotchi, and now I have one! I bought my from Target, and here is my review:
To be honest, I wasn't expecting a lot from this beloved toy, but nevertheless, I'm still not sure whether I like this or not. For starters, the screen is really hard to see, and the buttons hard to press. The game is very repetitive (but then again, so is looking after a child or a pet), but this could be something that appeals to younger children, as this is how one learns.
I actually found the Tamagotchi smartphone app to be way more fun than the actual toy. And it's free (unless you like to spend real money for virtual money).
